Part IV of "My Soul Has Got to Move: After Dancy," this piece mirrors the painful parts of attachment. On the other side of tears, regrets over unspoken words, and the sadness of our grief, we see the light. After all, we grieve deeply when we love deeply.

Inspired by the themes and variations from composer Chanda Dancy's classical work, Cacophony of Spirits: A Cinematic Tone Poem, the four-panel set captures the turbulent journey through loss. Each panel corresponds to one of Dancy's movements and its emotive expression: Joy/Wonder; Fear/Suffering; Rage/Destruction; and Sorrow/Acceptance.
